Before we share HOW-TO’s for WINNING; inside and out, here’s what others are doing with TruSage HOW-TO’s……(and read technique below)…….
”I have known Brian Alman for only 2 years, now. He has the most complete command of performance enhancing ideas I have ever experienced. The simplicity of his ideas and (I can’t say this strongly enough) the way they connect everything into a viable performance bubble, has allowed me, at age 61, to play scratch golf, again. You’re the best, Brian. The power of focusing on one thing and blocking everything else out is something Brian helped me get back to. I’ve hit millions golf balls since I was 8 years old. I have no reason to doubt my ability to do it, no matter if I’m hitting shots for one student or a national TV audience of millions of people. I just do what I’ve been doing all these years. Focus, apply ball to club. It’s that simple.”
A.J. Bonar, Founder of the Society of Golf Educators, Director of Instruction
With 34 years of professional teaching experience, A.J. has created a forum (The Society of Golf Educators) for simplifying the golf learning process. For 12 years, he created and administered the golf curriculum for the San Diego Golf Academy. Today, he is the Director of Instruction at the AJ Golf School in Carlsbad, CA. and is the consultant for education for TaylorMade Golf. He works with touring professionals on the major tours as well as with beginners and physically challenged golfers to make golf “easier to learn”.
”I have worked in the field of professional athlete rehabilitation and development for 22 years now. In that time, I have worked with many professional sports teams and famous athletes and continue to do so today. My professional success has come, in large part, because I have stood on the shoulders of intellectual giants like Brian Alman. Brian is not only one of the most effective experts in psychology of our era, he is a very loving and honest man, which brings out the best in each and every one of his clients, regardless of their pursuit!”

“I met Brian in 2000 at a seminar we were both teaching at. I immediately saw the power of his work and felt the relief of underlying tension throughout my body that can affect everything I choose to do. Whether I was in training for competition with the US Surfboat Crew, or trying to find ways to reduce my 3 handicap in golf, or teaching others about the importance of relaxation within the context of exercise and sport coaching, Brian’s simple, effective, and empowering methods worked fantastically. I find that I can now easily remove myself from the emotion of a situation and simply deal with it for what it is, allowing far more presence and focus to enter whatever arena my mind and body are involved in. This also allows time and space for focused visualization of the task at hand.
I have been a member of the US Surfboat Crew for many years now, and in 2002, we won the Gold Medal in the 140yo Masters Division at the World Surf Life Saving Titles in Daytona Beach, Florida. In 2004 we won the Silver Medal. I have found that my ability to train at higher levels has increased dramatically, which definitely stems from having a far more positive belief in myself and my potential, and understanding that it’s far better to train myself from the positive aspect of wanting to realize my potential, rather than the negative viewpoint of considering myself not good enough and needing to do more work. The extra confidence in myself also allows my mind and spirit more free time to keep all this in better perspective. It seems that no matter what I involve myself in these days, from lecturing about nutrition or exercise, to training and competing in rowing or amateur golf tournaments, the fundamental principle of self belief and self love, for me, must be present to really give my best, and enjoy it for what it is, and most importantly, accept whatever the outcome is, knowing that I put my full focus and energy into it and did the best I could.
Brian and his work have been invaluable tools for me to get to this stage, I thoroughly look forward to wherever I go from here, and I wholeheartedly recommend the fantastic methods used by Brian to take us to the next level and beyond….”
Be well, Peter McConnell
Brian,
“Thanks once more for working with me and my volleyball teams. I learned a great deal from you about how to control stress during competition, and even use it as a tool for greater success. My mind set has always been that of an overachieving type of athlete with a very low tolerance for making mistakes. One of the problems associated with this attitude is that I was always trying to achieve that perfect game where I made no mistakes at all. This can be a good thing in terms of producing a very good work ethic, but I improved tremendously once I learned now to put mistakes behind me so I could give full attention to the next task at hand. I also learned how to look positively towards stressful situations as providing even more excitement and motivation to meet the added challenge.
Your visualization techniques help me see how I can be my own worst enemy by being overly critical and negative. Having a positive mind- set and visualizing what I want to have happen works. So many of these skills seem to come pretty naturally to good athletes who have figured out how to be successful. However, just like fundamental physical skills, mental skills improve and become more automatic with practice”.
Duncan McFarland, UCSD, National Champion Volleyball Team Player, Coach & World-Class Professional Athlete
With my Ph.D. in clinical psychology, for over 30 years, I’ve been teaching professional, Olympic and amateur athletes HOW-TO help themselves…be more successful in areas of life that really matter to them.
I developed these techniques because I needed to for my own back pain, (and weight as well as emotional issues), to be more successful in SPORTS and to be happier in everyday life.
Everyone can be a Monday morning quarterback, assistant coach, critic and tell you what you should do and what is necessary to be the best you can be.
But nobody shows you exact HOW-TO’s!
Simply stated, almost everyone already knows what they “should” do. For example, when it comes to losing weight and keeping it off, if you ever want to know anything about fat content, calories or carbs, ask an obese person.
They know everything.
It’s not a lack of information!
• It’s a matter of learning effective HOW-TO’s, staying motivated, integrating your HOW-TO’s into your daily life and sport, as well as getting the HOW-TO’s a deep and automatic level inside.
• It’s essential to learn exact HOW-TO’s for reinstating calm power, your love for the game, self-confidence, how to utilize the fear of failure and how to utilize adversity (inside and out).
That’s exactly what I do. Michael Husted and I have been collaborating for years for kickers. We will show you how to help yourself immediately and in ways that will help you everyday for the rest of your life. In all of my books, programs, downloads, mp3’s, CD’s and videos, the uniqueness of the HOW-TO’s are how we bring out the uniqueness in you…so you can be 100% in sports and everything you care about.
If football is not your game, and golf is, learn what Sean Cochran and I are doing together. Sean, if you don’t play golf, is the amazing trainer for Phil Michelson, Titelist and many players in the PGA.
We are going to share with you the #1 KEY for you to be successful as a kicker, player and this includes if you already in or on your way to the NFL!
Everyone you are competing against now and for the rest of your career are almost always stuck in their heads; over-thinking, fearful, hopeful, and their own variation of their stress factors. This is the critic view, the judge’s view, the negative coaches view.
Athletes and most people are way too critical of themselves and everyone else. Typically, people get stuck in the mental, physical, emotional critic perspective for their whole lives and their whole career; (which will never be what it could have been because they are making things a lot harder than they need to be, daily).
In other words, it’s impossible to live up to your potential in a game, practice or everyday life if you are stuck in your critical, self-doubting and judgmental perspective.
You are going to have the opporunity to learn the master key to help you reach 100%, your best, successful kicking, self-confidence, and playing your best in the NFL.
As you practice with this key more, it will open more doors than you may have ever thought would be possible!
You are about to learn how to step way back, where very few players ever get to in their entire career with this key. The X-Factor. The Zone. The Fun!
You will love using your strength and energy positively for your success! I’m going to teach you exact HOW-TO’s to see yourself with different eyes…see yourself from a new perspective…and tap into the positive inner coach and what will always be available to you in a game or practice: the success-focused, calm, confident and 100% you.
• How to get the most out of what you will be learning: To get the most out of this, give yourself 1 to 10 minutes of quiet time. You’ll get the most out of this with your eyes closed as you first learn how to do this. After a few times, you can do this with your eyes open and without the recording that you will be able to download from Michael Husted and TruSage.
When we work together at Michael’s camp THIS SUMMER, or you order the techniques from his website, you will learn this and the other 5 fundamental keys that will help you help yourself be the best you can be on the field and off the field…everyday for the rest of your life.
What to expect: You can expect yourself to learn this very quickly and start applying it right away! In fact, this will get easier and easier. It will also help you more and more. Why? Because, all I’m doing is helping you be 100% and the positively successful you!
Invest in you! You are worth it! You will get more from within yourself — than you could ever get anywhere or from anyone else in the world.
COMING MARCH 2010!
