It is expensive and worth it to see me one-on-one. People accomplish a tremendous amount in 1 session. They surprise themselves. They never realized their (inner) potentials before — for helping themselves, too. They amaze themselves and this helps immediately as well as long-term.
No on ever shows us the how-to’s, the new life-skills and how to get beyond our feelings and judgments that we’ve been stuck in for decades.
People are smart.
They know what they need to do but they can’t make themselves do it.
They often react to everything that upsets them, emotionally (in relationships), as if it’s a 911 situation.
They often judge themselves as they have (unfortunately) been judged by others in the past.
They often block their intuition as this has been blocked by others in the past.
They often TRY NOT TO FEEL. Even though they are trying not to feel what they do feel… As a result, they feel more and worse.
They often try NOT TO OVER-THINK even though they are already thinking too much. This repression causes the over-thinking to get even stronger (and louder).

Watch Your Movie: Today and Tonight (FROM THE INSIDE OUT!)
Laughing is one of the very shortest, easiest routes to your (inner) true sage that I know of.
A real belly laugh, from deep inside, is a magical thing.
When you laugh wholeheartedly — especially at yourself — with every cell of your body, your whole being is connecting with your (inner) true sage and you end up feeling relaxed, peaceful, light, free, and at ease.
This is a deep healing experience to have whenever possible.
Never miss an opportunity to laugh at yourself!
Here’s one of your www.TruSage.com techniques that can help you lighten up when you become seriously upset by anyone or anything.
Picture yourself in your favorite movie theater, watching the movie of your life, and also watching your serious, humorless, grim inner critic as it watches your movie.
In other words, be even more serious about being serious.
Be even more judgmental about being so judgmental.
Exaggerate these!
You will giggle.
Because you are ridiculous!
You just have to be willing to take the serious to extreme because you will always find cosmic humor, absurdity and/or stupidity.
It’s not that your feelings aren’t right. THEY ARE!
Your true sage teaches you that you are sensitive and it’s beautiful.
You are learning that getting stuck in your feelings is not okay.
Repressing your feelings is definitely not okay.
“Getting you” is great — even though you are emotional, relationship-driven and get stressed out when you repress your feelings or try not to think what you are thinking….
You are watching the judmental and critical watcher that you have within.
You are exaggerating the judging and the feelings….DON’T WORRY, YOU MAY NEVER GET STUCK IN YOUR EMOTIONS OR OVER-THINKING AGAIN FOR MORE THAN MOMENTS OR MINUTES….
This is getting you to automatic, 2nd nature, new and improved SELF-CARE!
You are unique.
These techniques are unique.
You can listen to them and really integrate them anytime….anywhere….with anyone….including yourself and your family!
If you can do this with your family, you can do it with anyone!
You are observing the observer – special thanks to Dr. Milton Erickson for this particular perspective because he helped me define many of my favorite techniques at TruSage.com.
Dr. Erickson helped me realize that being an observer and stepping back from your movie, your feelings, your thoughts or relationships was not enough to help immediately and long-term.
A giant step deeper inside is almost always necessary for personal evolution and finding gifts from inside yourself.
Hint: If you just try to not be so serious, judgmental or critical – willpower – it will help for a minute – maybe. This is using your conscious mind = like trying to stop a river with pebbles.
Hint: If you try to repress your serious, judgmental or critical – stuffing your conscious obsessing into your subconscious (basement) – you will end up even more critical and judgmental (because it gets stronger).
Hint: As you learn to take a giant step inward, watch the watcher, observe the observer, laugh at yourself and connect with the absurdity of trying not to think what you are already thinking, trying not to be negative and/or repressing your thinking……trouble! Rarely works! 9 out of 10 fail, etc.
Only this time it’s your movie that you haven’t seen from this (comedic, exaggerating, absurd) perspective before.
Your relaxed and ready to laugh at yourself perspective will allow you to be pleasantly surprised and delighted to see that your movie is becoming more of a comedy….
Try not to judge = become more judgmental.
Try to repress = become more judgmental.
Tap into your unconscious, inner, accepting, relaxed, calm, strong by observing and observing while letting go (like laughing or giggling) = peace!
Within and with others!
Hint: It’s easier.
You’ll save energy.
You’ll be happier and you are learning one of thousands of techniques that we have for you.
It’s impossible you won’t find one www.TruSage.com technique that works wonders for you, everytime.
Maybe today will have a few scenes that seem like they’re from a slapstick comedy in which everything goes wrong in the craziest ways.
Stressful situations, family frustrations, issues at work, worries, fears, and all the rest: try to see them all from your comic, absurd, ay ay ay point of view, and with a twinkle in your eye.
Imagine that you just let yourself laugh, clown, mug for the camera, trip over your own feet, stumble and fall—let yourself go, and dive into your own imperfection.
No one is perfect. You can’t stop yourself from trying ….and you are in the process of learning that you are perfectly okay….and that’s even better!
Or a better example yet, have you seen those “blooper” shows on TV, or the outtakes added to some comedy DVD’s? You know, clips showing the actors forgetting their lines or garbling words, and breaking each other up. Or the door sticks during the sketch, or the fake moustache comes unglued. And the actors come out of their roles, look at the camera, and dissolve in laughter.
Imagine your own blooper show of the comic “mis-takes” for your movie. Let yourself laugh at the lighter side of your challenge. Please be open and allow yourself to get the joke, see the humor, and enjoy yourself.
From your inner true sage, you’ll see a lot of comedy, even absurdity, in so many things you do everyday—in so many things we used to take so seriously.
Observe the observer.
Whenever you have an opportunity, get the giggle back in your life…. One situation at a time.
Hint: You could never practice this too much.
